HIP THRUSTS
If you want to build some strength and increase the size of your glutes then hip thrusts does just that. It is better than many other glutes exercises because in HIP THRUSTS you can overload your glute muscles with some extra weight. Anyone from a kid to adults can try this exercise and get benefited.
ROMANIAN DEADLIFTS
If you want to increase strength in your glutes and hamstring then Romanian deadlift is a great option.
REVERSE LUNGES
Stand with feet hip-width apart, then step backwards with your right leg until your knees are at 90-degree angles - your right knee should be pointing towards the ground, your right knee should be in line with your toes. Push yourself forward to the start position and repeat with your left leg. This one will fire up your glutes for sure.
STEPUPS
Step up is a very simple but effective exercise which will work in glutes muscles and quads muscles. Try this and feel the glutes working.
SQUATS
Well in the end, we have squats. it is the most traditional and the best way to build your glutes. It is king of glutes exercises. You can just perform this one exercise only and you'll still feel the results coming.
